T-Shirts, totes and hoodies by Teemill

Teemill creates a sustainable, circular supply chain for fashion that starts with making products from natural materials like organic cotton, in factories powered by renewable energy. It also means creating products that are designed from the start to be sent back and remade into new ones once they’re worn out, keeping materials out of landfill and in the loop.

All of our Tshirts, Tote bags, Hoodies and Vests are printed and delivered by Teemill.

Teemill delivery rates are charged separately to Empire Street Productions delivery charges. Please note that both delivery charges may apply in some cases due to items being shipped from different locations.

Damages
While we make every effort to ensure your order is well packed, we fully appreciate that damages sometimes occur during transit. If this has happened, simply email a photo of the damaged item to info@empirestreetproductions.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to send a replacement where possible. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
Returns
Please note: As our garments and totes are printed to order, we cannot accept returns on these unless faulty or damaged. 
If your item is faulty or damaged, please enclose a note giving your order number, name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, together with the reason for the return. We strongly advise you use a tracked service to post any returns and keep proof of posting the goods to us. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please address returns to:

Delivery times
We'll endeavour to post items within 48 hours of you ordering them, but print-to-order items from Teemill may take longer. If you haven't received your item(s) within 14 working days of ordering please email us on info@empirestreetproductions.com
